You Have Not Selected a CoD VPN Location (Windows App)

This error occurs because you have not selected a VPN location on the website. Without selecting a location, your connection will not launch with the VPN enabled.

How to Fix This Issue

  1. Log in to your OctoVPN account on the website.
  2. Navigate to your active CoD VPN service under the "Services" tab.

3. Locate the "Locations" section.

4. Choose the desired VPN location from the list.

5. Once you click "Select", the location will update to it.

Once you've selected a location, re-open the Windows app, and it will function as expected. If you have any issues, reach out to support.
